With aging, come many physical challenges to the body. Over the past 18 months, two of the four ICE-OLATE PLUS sleeves have become part of my wardrobe: the back and knee sleeves.
After having a spinal cord stimulator implant, I iced wearing the back sleeve several times daily during the 3 month rehab. Not only did it minimize pain and help reduce inflammation and swelling, but the best part was that I was mobile, due to the double layer for the gel pack and could go about normal tasks without having to stay in a chair or on the sofa.
Currently, my old knees have weakened, but the ICE-OLATE PLUS double layer knee sleeve allows me to walk, bike, garden and maintain household jobs while either icing, heating (often both). In addition, many times I wear it as a compression sleeve for stability. ICE-OLATE PLUS is keeping my 77 year-old body moving, while providing relief.

I am currently 3.5 months postpartum with my third. My back has definitely taken a hit after three pregnancies and this last one being a c-section delivery. The back sleeve Iceolateplus has been a dream. I was able to wear it on a 5.5 hour car drive to relieve some of the inflammation and stiffness from sitting for extended periods (the ice pack doesn’t freeze fully so it’s moldable when you sit). I also enjoy that I can move freely with the sleeve while aiding in my recovery as having three kids under 4 does not align with sitting and icing my back every few hours. My back has also been feeling so much better since using the sleeve! I wish I would have found this sooner to aid in the initial c-section recovery. I feel like this would be amazing post surgery to not only ice the area but to also add compression for the abdominal muscles. Love this product and highly recommend!
